How billing works.
One monthly price covers a set number of calls. Spam is never one of them. Calls past them are paid from credit you add ahead of time, and nothing changes plan on its own.

What changes is how many calls come with the plan, how many people can see them, and how far back you can see. Everything your assistant does is the same on all three. The prices here are month to month, and annual holds a lower one for a year.

Every plan in full
The bigger the plan, the cheaper the extras.
A plan comes with a number of calls and a number of people, and the people count includes you. Go past either one and you add more at that plan's own rate, which gets cheaper the bigger the plan. Extra calls are paid from your credit, and nothing changes plan on its own.

Canceling
Cancel any time from your account. Your plan runs to the end of what you have paid for, monthly or annual, then ends, and credit you paid for and have not used is refunded to your card. We keep your number for 30 days after that: to take it to another provider, email us before then, and there is no charge for it.
Adding people
Solo plans are for single-person businesses. Crew includes access for 3 people on the plan with the ability to add more people at $4.99 a month. Business includes access for 10 people with more available for $1.99 a month.

Nothing changes plan. Calls past your allowance are paid from your credit at your plan's rate, and auto-recharge tops the credit up when it runs low. You get a heads-up at about 80% of your calls, so the bill is never a surprise.
